Admin Support: NJAR Management will handle administrative tasks related to your tenant such as issuing letters and calls to correct an issue or provide a warning related to a reported issue.

Tenant Call Center: Tenants can call in with any questions to file an issue, concern, and issue a maintenance request. Management will handle all issues in a professional manner and coordinate a solution under the approval of a landlord.

​Rent Collection: Rent will be collected through our tenant payment platform. All rents collected will be directly deposited into the landlord’s personal banking account. Tenant can setup automatic payments to facilitate the payment process. Any late fees or fines will be automatically invoiced in the next month’s rent.
